Rice Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients.
  2. Add water and oil.
  3. Bake in a loaf pan in a moderate oven.
